I help ship 🚢 features by empathizing with users during research, defining pain points and user personas, ideating with mockups, build prototypes and map user flows, recently spearheaded the usability testing process at FH and currently building a new design library / system in Figma.
We design software that helps "tourism and activity" companies run their (mostly) small business's better.
A "toursim and activity" company can be anything from - swimming with sharks 🦈 😳 to renting a bicyle 🚴 - the accomodation of a wide range of customers/users makes it a fun and at times difficult challenge.
We’ve built lots of fun features (and some boring) that really help our customers.
From fully customizable tax specification (the boring, but a big thing in the multinational world of tourism 🤷♂️ ) to full venue mapping and “seat” resource allocation.
I get to work with a team of smart, interesting and genuinely awesome people, so im always learning!
